Step 4: Leave the lather on the skin for at least five minutes and then rinse thoroughly, but gently.

Note: If you have sensitive or dry skin, it's advised to skip step 2. To soothe an existing irritation or rash, you can work up a lather a second time and allow the soap to dry on your skin for lasting relief. Use it three times daily or as needed until the rash subsides.
